In December 2020, Interlake Maritime Services acquired the unique articulated tug and barge Undaunted-Pere Marquette to serve the transportation needs of many Great Lakes shippers. The newly formed Interlake Logistics specializes in the movement of various bulk and break bulk materials on the Great Lakes, filling a market niche for a relatively small-capacity vessel capable of loading and unloading a wide variety of challenging cargo through use of our hydraulic crane and our efficient 80-foot conveyor system.
